Alpha Football Academy charges a nominal fee of OMR 35 per month, which includes 8 fixed sessions, i.e., 2 sessions per week.

Alpha Basketball Academy charges a nominal fee of OMR 40 per month, which includes 8 fixed sessions, i.e., 2 sessions per week.

Question: Is there a registration fee at Alpha, and what does it include?
Answer: Yes, the one-time registration fee is OMR 25, which includes a red and blue set (2 jerseys, 2 shorts, 2 pairs of socks, and a bib), along with access to player reports and the app.

Question: Are there discounts for siblings?
Answer: Siblings receive a fixed OMR 5 discount per month/module. The discount is applicable only if the participants are enrolled for the entire month/module.

Question: When should payments be made at Alpha?
Answer: Participants must pay the full fee before the start of the module or by the end of the 1st week at the latest. Failure to clear previous module payments will prevent continuation into the next module.

Questions: Does the academy refund fees?

We prefer participants to make payments only once they are certain they will attend, as fees cannot be returned or refunded.

The payment for the course is only refundable if the Academy cancels the entire course.

Question: How long does it take for the participants to receive their kits?
Answer: Participants typically receive their kits within 3 to 4 weeks.

Question: How does compensation/make-up for missed sessions work at Alpha?

We must follow a strict attendance policy to maintain high coaching standards across our venues. It is the sole responsibility of the participants to attend all sessions.

The Academy is not liable for or refunds for missed training sessions due to school functions and examinations, public holidays, festivals, sickness, injury, weather conditions, pandemics, etc. However, participants can attend compensation sessions within the next 7 days.

The Academy will not freeze sessions; missed sessions cannot be carried forward or accumulated under any circumstances.

Make-up sessions require an active membership.

Sessions cancelled by the Academy will be rescheduled.

Question: Can a participant register for one class per week at Alpha?
Answer: The Academy does not offer a program for one day a week. Participants must pay in full, as the increase in participants on certain days affects training.

Question: Can a participant attend classes on a pro-rata basis at Alpha?
Answer: Participants cannot attend classes on a pro-rata basis. Those attending 1-2 classes and discontinuing will be charged OMR 20, while any additional sessions will be charged in full OMR 35. It is advised to adhere to the calendar and module dates.

Question: What should participants remember before attending a training session at Alpha?
Answer: Participants should have a pre-game meal 30 minutes before the session, be punctual, and arrive 10 minutes early in full kit (jersey, shorts, socks, bib, shin guards, water bottle, football shoes). Failure to be on time or in the incorrect kit may result in consequences.

Question: How are players grouped for training sessions at Alpha?
Answer: Players at Alpha are grouped based on skill level, not age, determined by coaches. Advancement through levels resembles climbing a pyramid, requiring dedication and hard work. Each coach oversees a group of 16 players.

Question: Can parents drop off, leave, and pick up players after sessions at Alpha?
Answer: Parents should drop off their child 10 minutes before the session and pick them up within 15 minutes after it ends. The Academy is not responsible after the 15-minute wait time.

Question: Can parents participate in coaching at Alpha?
Answer: Sessions are conducted using a proven methodology developed over 10 years in collaboration with esteemed clubs and delivered by qualified coaches. Parents should trust the process and refrain from involvement. They can spectate from the sidelines but cannot enter the pitch, even if unoccupied.

Question: Can the academy change or modify terms and conditions?
Answer: We may change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Site or service at any time, provided we fulfil our previous responsibilities to you based on your acceptance of payment. The Academy reserves the right to modify terms and conditions by notifying members.

Question: Can the Academy reschedule sessions and change the venue?
Answer: The Academy can reschedule sessions due to weather, holidays, or tournaments, cancel a course, or change a venue, which may be necessary for any reasons determined.
Question: Does the Academy retain rights to photos and images of players?
Answer: The Academy retains rights to photos and images of its participants and members taken during events for promotional purposes on flyers, newsletters, social media, and the Site only. Any objections must be submitted in writing.

Alpha offers a complete pathway for players, from training to turning professional. Players must earn their place in the main group of their age category based on merit. As they progress and become ready, players can participate in scouting events organized by Alpha in Oman or internationally.

Becoming a professional player is a challenging journey. After completing their time at Alpha, players must take the next step by transitioning into a club system, preferably in Europe, to enhance their profile. Players have the option to join paid programs or earn selection through trials. Balancing education and football is crucial. Exceptional players may secure professional contracts, while others may need to explore opportunities in different leagues once their profile has been enhanced and improved in Europe.
