The following terms and conditions (these "Terms of Use" or "Terms") govern your access to and use of https://www.alphafootballacademy.com/ (the "Site"), including any content, functionality and services offered on or through the Site, by Sports Development for Training and Investment (the "Alpha Football Academy" "AFA" "Alpha" "Academy" "we" "us").

Please read the Terms of Use carefully before you start to use the Site. By using the Site, opening an account or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms of Use when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Use, Legal Terms and our Privacy Policy, found incorporated herein by reference. If you do not want to agree to these Terms of Use, Legal Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Site.

Enrollment

The student(s) will complete enrollment once the following have been submitted online:

The completed registration form that includes agreeing to the acceptance of the terms and conditions.
Payment of a registration fee using the registration form.
Payment for the relevant term/season using the form online.

Admission to particular sessions will be subject to the availability of places at the requested training location.

Purchases

We would prefer you not to make payments until you are certain you will be attending, as fees cannot be returned or refunded.
All payments must be cleared on or before the 10th of every month.
We accept payments via bank transfer in OMR.
The payment will be counted as completed once the credit shows in the said account.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records.
VAT will be applied.

Refusal of Service

The service is offered subject to our acceptance of your order or request for service. We reserve the right to refuse service to any order, person or entity, without any obligation to explain our reason for doing so. An order is not deemed accepted by us until payment has been processed. We may at any time, change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Site or service, subject to us fulfilling our previous responsibilities to you based on acceptance of your payment.

Cancellations and Refunds

To maintain high coaching standards across all of our venues, we have to follow a strict attendance policy. It is the sole responsibility of the player to attend all sessions.
The payment for the course is not refundable unless the Academy cancels the entire course.
The Academy will not offer make-up sessions or refunds for missed training sessions due to school functions and examinations, public holidays, festivals, sickness, injury, weather conditions, pandemic etc.
The Academy will use Zoom application to conduct age-specific training in case of sessions called off by the Academy due to weather conditions, pandemic or other circumstances by which sessions cannot be carried forward on the field.

Make-up Sessions

Unlike many other academies, we do offer your child an opportunity to make up a missed class, under the following terms and conditions:

The Academy will not freeze sessions under any circumstances.
The make-up class should not pass the due date of the current invoice.
If you are absent, you must notify us before 12 midday of the training session day.
A medical certificate must be provided in case of illness, and the Academy needs to be informed.
In case of travelling a copy of the plane ticket must be sent to the manager.
If possible, we will allow you to attend another training session in the same week.
The decision to replace your missed session is at the discretion of the Academy.

Release of Liability

I, being the parent/guardian of the aforementioned student(s), I acknowledge that the above information is factually correct. Therefore, I agree to them participating in Alpha Football Academy activities at all locations and using all their sports equipment.

I agree that I will not hold the Academy, coaches of the Academy or the Site liable for any losses, liabilities and damages, injury or death suffered or incurred by my child whilst taking part in any of the activities run by Alpha Football Academy.

General Terms

Alpha Football Academy has the authority to place players in the correct age category and/or skill category as decided by the Academy coaches.
If a player needs to relocate from one venue to another needs to be discussed with the manager. If a place is available at the other venue, the request may be accommodated at the Academy manager's discretion. This, however, cannot be guaranteed.
Alpha Football Academy has the right to change the dates of a term schedule, cancel a course or change a venue that may be necessary for any reason.
The training sessions are closed sessions that only admit the players, the player's family/guardians or identified friends. It is strictly prohibited that no video recording, pictures or photography is permitted during the training sessions.
Alpha Football Academy materials, resources and courses are property of Sports Development for Training and Investment and are not to be distributed or disclosed for commercial purposes.
All training sessions and games are conducted in English.
Student(s) must arrive 10 minutes before their sessions and must be picked up on time.
The Academy can refuse service if the player does not come in the correct uniform (jersey, shorts, socks, shin guards and bibs) or comes late to the sessions.
I also give my consent to the Academy for my child/children to be included in photographs that may be used for promotional purposes on flyers, newsletters, social media, and Alpha Football Academy's website.
